    Our mobile testing services, now enhanced with larger testing trucks, enable on-site testing for most of your equipment. This not only saves on transportation expenses and downtime but also instils confidence in your team, ensuring peace of mind with all equipment conveniently available on-site.

    MOBILE TESTING SERVICES

    FIXED BED TESTING

    Our in-house test bed boasts a robust testing capacity of 200 tons with an 18-meter test length. This flatbed setup facilitates testing for spreader and lifting beams, alongside a wide array of fabricated or engineered lifting equipment

    WATER BAG TESTING

    Water bags serve as versatile tools for testing a diverse range of lifting equipment and structures, including tower cranes, gantry cranes, flight decks, lifeboats, bridges, and walkways. They are also utilized for assessing the structural integrity of floors, platforms, and engineered hydraulic systems.

    HEIGHT SAFETY TESTING

    At Ranger, our team possesses extensive expertise in designing and installing height safety systems. Our network includes engineers, consultants, and certified installers who specialize in adhering strictly to manufacturer specifications and technical requirements aligned with Australian Standards. 

    According to current Australian Standards, height safety and confined space equipment necessitate inspection by an accredited company at intervals of no more than six months for soft manufactured items and twelve months for installed systems and anchor points.

    LIFTING POINT/PAD EYE TESTING

    Ranger’s lifting point/pad eye services focus on testing pad eyes, lifting lugs, and eye bolts to ensure the integrity of lifting loads. Our facility accommodates any capacity, featuring on-site pad eye testers ranging from 10 tonnes to 30 tonnes maximum capacity.

    Dead Weight Testing

    Within our facility, our dedicated test bed boasts a substantial testing capacity of 100 tons with an ample test length of 11 meters. This flatbed configuration enables the meticulous testing of spreader and lifting beams, in addition to a wide array of fabricated or engineered lifting equipment. Furthermore, supplementing our 100-ton test bed, we house three additional fixed test beds designed to cater to a diverse range of tests across various products.

    MRT (Magnetic Rope Testing)

    Magnetic Rope Testing (MRT) serves as a critical method for identifying defects and assessing the deterioration of steel wire ropes. This technique involves fully magnetizing a segment of the rope and subsequently detecting and measuring alterations in the magnetic field caused by broken wires, corrosion, wear, or mechanical damage.

    NDT (Non-Destructive Testing)

    In conjunction with visual inspection, we provide comprehensive non-destructive testing (NDT) and examination services. This includes eddy current testing, magnetic particle testing, and ultrasonic testing, which are highly effective methods for assessing the integrity of a diverse range of lifting equipment without causing damage.
